1:1 Coaching

Individual Sessions

The same relational approach as cohort work, concentrated in a two-person container. One-on-one sessions for people who want individual attention — as preparation for group work, concurrent support during a cohort, or standalone practice.

This is still relational work, not therapy. The mechanism is the same: patterns formed in relationships shift in relationships.

Length70 minutes per session
LocationIn person, north of Ballard (video available)
FrequencyWeekly recommended

If you prefer to start with individual attention, or want to get specific in a way that group work hasn't been able to, 1:1 sessions can be very valuable.
