TIG Weekend 1:1 Coaching
Weekend Workshop

TIG Weekend
June 27–28, 2026

Most approaches to personal change locate the work inside the individual. That's not wrong — it's just too far from complete. The patterns that cause the most grief show up in the presence of others. They formed there. They run there. And that's where they shift.

TIG Weekend is two days of structured, facilitated relational practice — working with what's actually running, in your body, in the room, with others present. Not a lecture. Not a sharing circle. Not a breakthrough experience. Contact work, in real time, in a small container where the pattern has nowhere to hide.

Individual Sessions

The mechanism is the same as group work: patterns formed in relationship shift in relationship. The container is different — just two people, which concentrates the relational field and allows more individualized attention to what's specifically running for you.

This isn't therapy. There's no diagnosis, no treatment, no clinical relationship. The work is embodied and relational — not talking about the pattern, but working with it as it arises, in your body, in the room, in real time.
