What actually happens in a session

Each two-hour session follows a consistent structure. We begin with a brief centering, then move into relational practice exercises designed to surface how each person's self-concept operates under mild pressure.

These aren't sharing circles or processing sessions. They're structured encounters where patterns become observable in real time — where you can feel the pull to perform, manage, deflect, or disappear, and simultaneously witness that pull happening in your body, in the room.

The facilitation holds the container. The group provides the relational field. The work happens in the gap between stimulus and response — the moment before you do the thing you always do.

The five sessions

  • 01 March 12 Establishing the container. Introductions that aren't introductions — first contact with the group as a relational field.
  • 02 March 19 First contact with pattern. Noticing the self-concept's opening moves.
  • 03 March 26 Deepening. Working with what's been showing up. The group begins to know itself.
  • 04 April 2 Friction. This is where work levels up — comfort has been established enough for the protective patterns to relax slightly.
  • 05 April 9 Integration. Working with what's been witnessed. What has loosened; what hasn't.

Why a pilot

This is the first Integration Gym cohort. Calling it a pilot is honest — the structure is refined, the approach is grounded in 30+ years of body and relational work, but a first cohort is still a first cohort. The group that shows up for this will have something the later groups won't: direct influence on how the work develops.

The lower price reflects that reality. It's not charity pricing. It's the accurate cost of being early.

The application process

There's no application form. There's a conversation — about 20 minutes — where we figure out if this container makes sense for you right now.

What I'm looking for: some history of inner work, genuine readiness to be in a group rather than work solo, and the ability to commit to all five sessions. Missing sessions breaks the relational container for everyone.

What I'm not looking for: credentials, a specific modality background, or any particular level of psychological sophistication. Some of the most ready people I know would never describe themselves as "into personal development."

Frequently asked

Is this therapy?
No. There's no diagnosis, treatment, or clinical relationship. I'm a facilitator, not a therapist. If you're in active mental health crisis, this isn't the right container right now.
Do I need plant medicine experience?
No. It's one pathway that tends to create readiness for this kind of work, but it's not required. What matters is that you've done enough inner work to know insight doesn't automatically produce change.
What if I can't make a session?
Missing one session is workable. Consistent attendance is the commitment. If your schedule makes five consecutive Thursdays genuinely impossible, wait for a future cohort where the timing works.
Is this only for men?
No. This cohort is mixed-gender. Future cohorts may be gender-specific based on participant interest.
What comes after?
Full 12-week cohorts begin later in 2026. Some people move into 1:1 coaching. There's no prescribed next step — though most people find that five weeks opens something they want to continue working with.
